A drawing becomes a VTuber when it moves.
I rig it so it does.
FOR VTubers & streamers You have the art and need a model ready for face tracking. FOR Illustrators & studios You draw the character; I handle the rigging. NEXT Commissions open See three cases, then let’s talk about yours.
Problem What the design demands: layers, details, personality.
Idea How to split and group the art for clean motion.
Solution Meshes, deformers, parameters, physics.
Result A finished model with real expressions.
#CASE 1

PROBLEM Layered dress, ahoge, ribbons and hair clips had to move without breaking the art. IDEA Cut the design into clean parts and group them by how they should move. SOLUTION Dense meshes and deformers for face, hair and dress, with soft physics. RESULT A soft, expressive model that stays true to the illustration.

#CASE 2

PROBLEM Sharp techwear and layered hair needed an expressive face and a stable body. IDEA Rig the face first; keep hair strands and accessories as independent layers. SOLUTION Detailed face mesh, eye and brow parameters, hair physics. RESULT A confident, stream-ready model with a distinct look.
#CASE 3

PROBLEM Many accessories, cat ears and strong expressions on one character. IDEA Plan the expression range up front and build parts to support it. SOLUTION A wide expression set: wink, smile, fangs and more, shown at right. RESULT A playful, readable character, ready to go live.
Let’s rig your character!
