It happened in a bathhouse.Artist Shaburov encountered the head of the «Just Russia» party apparatus, who asked him:— Help! We have another perturbation before the elections—a merger with the «Patriots of Russia» party and Zakhar Prilepin’s «For Truth» party. How can we merge three symbols into one?Fortunately, Shaburov had dealt with this before, even during the glorious times when «Just Russia» was called «Motherland,» and afterwards as well.Shaburov then came up with an unusual idea—to make the hedgehog the symbol of «Just Russia.»However, upon further review, it turned out that the hedgehog is the symbol of the American Libertarian Party, representing extreme individualism and independence from the state, so they abandoned the idea.
