I work at the intersection of scenography, directing and creative producing: creating visual worlds, developing concepts and transforming ideas into experiencesI explore the context, identify a starting point, develop a concept and find the right language for it — visual, spatial or narrative. Depending on the project, I can take responsibility for a specific part of the process or guide it from the initial idea through to realisation

03 · MY APPROACH
Every idea has a form of its own
I believe in finding the right medium for each particular idea. Sometimes it is a space, sometimes a script, a visual image, an action or an entire event. I approach the artistic concept, its content and the way it is realised as parts of one interconnected system

I develop scenography and visual environments in collaboration with directors and creative teams, supporting the original vision and shaping the atmosphere of the experienceConcept Development & Directing

Set designer
I create visual worlds in which space, objects and materials become part of the dramaturgy. For me, scenography is more than decoration: it is an independent language that reveals the story and becomes part of the action

The challenge
To create a visual world for a performance about life and death — a subject that is difficult to address directly. The challenge was to find a way to approach it not through heavy-handed illustration, but through play, metaphor and a sense of life’s continuity
My solution
The scenic space was built around the image of a pond — a world existing somewhere between reality and fairy tale. Branches, water, sand and stones formed an environment that changed alongside the characters and became part of the storytelling
The puppets were made from found fragments and objects, like artefacts passing from one world into another. Their materiality reflected the very nature of the story: life is made up of countless forms, constantly changing and continuing even when something comes to an end
The result
A scenic world in which natural materials, objects and puppets form a unified visual system, helping tell a story about growing up, loss, memory, love and acceptanceMy approach
I look for visual solutions within the story itself, rather than separately from it. Materials, objects and space should do more than create an atmosphere — they should help reveal the meaningmy role: scenography, puppets and object design
