ReMe — AI media about emotions and self-support. We help people understand their emotional state and find a suitable way of support right here, right now.
The project is founded on a combination of editorial content, interactive exercises, an emotion journal, and an AI assistant. The main feature is that instead of independently searching for articles and exercises, the user describes their current emotional state, and the AI suggests suitable materials and actions. ReMe does not diagnose or replace professional psychological help.</b/>
Data Sources for Media
1. Scientific and Expert Sources Publications and guidelines from WHO, NHS, NIMH, and research in psychology and emotional intelligence. Credible materials and practices are developed based on this information.2. Editorial Content Original articles, cards, exercises, interviews, and curated topic collections prepared and vetted by the ReMe editorial team.3. User Data Emotional check-ins, AI prompts, selected topics, journal entries, and feedback. This data is used to personalize support with the user’s consent.

Rules for AI Use in ReMe
1. Gentle Communication. The AI communicates calmly, without judgment, pressure, or definitive advice.2. Non-Diagnostic. The system does not diagnose mental disorders and is not a substitute for a specialist.3. Vetted Recommendations. The AI offers practices and materials sourced exclusively from the editorial board’s approved database.4. Transparency. The user understands they are interacting with an AI and can correct its interpretation of their condition.5. Confidentiality. Personal notes and emotional inquiries are protected; they are not published nor used to train the AI without separate consent.6. Safety. When signs of a crisis emerge, the service directs the user toward professional or emergency assistance rather than attempting to solve the problem independently.
System workflow example. Scenario: A user is experiencing anxiety before an exam.
