Project Topic FestCore is an IT product that event organizers purchase via subscription. The startup does not organize the concerts themselves, find artists, or handle catering. It is a ready-made digital system and a convenient smartphone application designed to help organizers manage the crowds and communicate

Problem Mass events often descend into chaos due to crowd density and the ineffectiveness of static applications. Organizers lose control over guest flow, while sponsors end up in blind spots, deprived of audience analytics and engagement.
The solution:
The FestCore platform unifies the technical infrastructure of an event with the guest’s visual experience into a single managed system. Attendees use an interactive 3D carousel whose interface instantly adapts to the brand book of any venue zone. Based on real-time data regarding location occupancy, algorithms manage crowd flow using prompts and rewards. The system also allows guests to control stage equipment via smartphones, and it provides sponsors with gamification tools to increase audience engagement.

Format The FestCore platform operates on a B2B2C SaaS model. Organizers purchase a license to use the software core, the cost of which scales according to the size of the event. Sponsor brands pay for additional packages to integrate interactive zones and gamification. Visitors use the adaptive web application for free, which runs directly in their smartphone browser.
