And it’s also a book about the place the pasta took in economics, culture, art, even religion. Pasta as a phenomenon of national culture and globalism, as a product of culinary and design art, communicates its own atmosphere and visual language.

The book consists of five parts (chapters), each of which reveals a certain aspect of pasta history.
